Message Since they are going into an oven to bake on the color (so to speak), I wonder what needs to be done to them to prep before going in. Obviously the heat is NOTHING to them as they get much hotter on the car. However, given the sliding parts inside, there has to be more to it.

Anyone do theirs and know? I mean, you can't just stick tape on the insides when putting it into an over.

It's time to get rid of the nasty red paint the prior owner put on mine...looks horrible.
